-Dear Marco, We had a very enjoyable stay in your apartment, it was perfect for our needs. To be honest we did not spend a lot of time in the apartment therefore we did not use the kitchen facility much but it was nice to have the washing machine. It was also nice to read a few informations that maybe previous guests had left, in particular we found a restaurant guide that we used. Most importantly I think the apartment was well described on the internet, the apartment details and location were accurately described and therefore there were no surprises when we arrived. I hope we left the apartment in a suitable condition, we tried to make sure we cleaned and tidied before we left. Regards. -Hello Marco. Hello Anne, this mail to tell you that our holidays were fine, the apartment is very nice and there was no problem. It was hot but it was all right ( when we left France the temperature was higher than in Spain ). We went to Costa blanca ( altea, javea, Calpe...) it was wonderful and we often went to the beach Terranova in Oliva ( the best for us because it was a rustic beach and there were not many people). We also went to Xativa. All informations in the house about the area were very useful for us. Your friend was very kind. We would like to thank you for the use of your beautiful villa. It looked nice in the photographs but it exceeded all our expectations. Beautifully clean and so well equipped (for the first time on hols eating-in was a pleasure!). The children loved the pool, in fact we all loved the pool and the patio area was perfect for keeping out of the midday sun. Hopefully we will be in touch again for another trip to your lovely villa. I stayed at Villa Florida for a 1½ month this Autumn, and it is a nice complex with a friendly atmosphere. The apartment is spacios with a big terrace. The area is suited for couples and families with children and seems very safe. But more importantly, Alex is nice, helpful, honest and serviceminded - someone you can trust to do his best for you! And the managing couple, Ian & Jill, are very nice too.

The apartment was very clean on our arrival with some complimentary wine from its own vine yard. Swimming pool was a blessing as the temp was 47 one day. Owner spoke quite good English and can fully recommend this place. We hope to return some day. The holiday was enjoyed by all and we are hoping to return again in the future. Both the grounds and apartments are relaxing and as for the wine and olive oil produced on site. The villa was in a perfect location overlooking the pool with countryside beyond. The surroundings were tranquil and peaceful, but within easy walking distance to the seafront and harbour. There was a snack bar and small convenience shop next to the complex, which was very handy. The pool was superb; it was like having our own private pool, as it was just a few steps from the patio. We didn't need to lock the villa when we went for a swim, and when we fancied a cup of tea we just popped inside. We loved the roof terrace with the sunbeds and the wrought iron beds were so comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking equipment and utensils that we needed. We had a wonderful holiday and Paradise Villa far exceeded our expectations.

A good rest Jun 29, 2006
Holiday was a good rest for the both of us. Location was ideal for the Moto GP and for the train links to Florence and further north to Emilia Romana. Variety of things to do locally from sites to shops especially the Factory Outlet stores. Weather wise limited us - as we had hoped to swim, but cold weather meant the pool was not open and neither was it warm enough to need to cool off further ! Local restaurants were ideal, we made friends with the cooks and had several off the menu selections as their reccommendations. Many thanks
